You are responsible for keeping your sign in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

3. Buying access

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated there. Payment is taken by our payment provider. Access is granted to you personally and is not transferable.

4. Refunds

Where the law gives you a right to cancel, that right applies. Once you have started watching a title, the right to cancel a digital purchase may no longer apply. Contact us if something has gone wrong and we will put it right.

5. What you may do with the film

Your purchase is for personal viewing. You may not record, copy, redistribute, publicly screen or resell the film or any extra without written permission.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Titles and extras may be added or removed over time.

7. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which 2811 Films is established, and its courts have jurisdiction.
