Next Month’s Obama Crisis: “FISCAL SEQUESTRATION” coming to a liberal news outlet near you

Next Month’s Obama crisis: “FISCAL SEQUESTRATION” coming to a liberal news outlet near you.

Its hard to decide who is more at fault for the sequestration cuts that came to pass last night. President Obama, for his unwillingness to compromise with republicans on budget cuts, or the media for following along with Obama’s marching orders and not reporting accurately of Obama’s inability to let anyone else take any credit for anything.

The public perception of Obama “The Dictator” is born out of Obama’s own egomania. Quite frankly, the man wants all of the credit for that which goes well, but wants none of the blame for when things go horribly awry.

That’s a fact that I base on President Obama’s reaction to the bi-partisan Immigration reform bill authored by the senate. The democrats and republicans in the senate penned a bill that was based on compromise.

Obama’s reaction? To have his ship of fools that Obama calls a cabinet author a bill of their own in an attempt to “one up” the senate.

This move infuriated senate democrats, but you would never know it because the main stream media refused to report it to the people.

I had to go to European news outlets to read about it myself.

With Obama, the media has a double edged Sword of Damocles hanging over its collective head.

Its a absolute quagmire for the media. On one edge of the sword, you have a blue blood liberal in Obama. It has always been the MSM’s position to protect their own liberal politicians even if it means selling your news outlet down the liberal river.

On the other edge of the same sword, you have Obama’s ethnicity. Obama is half black you see, and the main stream media is terrified of being labelled a group of “racists.”

These two factor absolutely hamstring the media, and there is no one that understands this better than Obama.

People on the right tend to think of Obama as a blithering idiot. I see for exactly what he is. A black man using the color of his skin to bully those around him. Its affirmative action on an epic scale.

Obama is like a lot of minorities that use the color of their skin to gain unfair advantage of their co-workers and others around them.

We can all sit here and do the politically correct thing and pretend it doesn’t happen, but it does happen.

The lazy co-worker that has been caught sleeping at work. The person that give them 3 hours of work for 8 hours of pay but they never get fired because they are a “minority.”

Obama is the epitome of affirmative action gone wrong. He has done nothing as president. He has had four years to fix the economy but to date has done nothing. Inflation is out of control to the point of vendors putting less product in their packages of chips, barbeque briquets and the like because their prices have gone up so much.

Obama simply deflects to GW Bush and blames him for this malady. After his first term, Obama blames congress for his failures. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION AT ITS CORE.

Obama’s “Don’t blame me. I’m just a poor black man that is being held down by the racist republican party” message is getting old now. Even the most liberal friends of mine are growing tired of Obama’s mundane excuses.

The sequester will come and go. We will all still be here tomorrow. I predict Obama’s next crisis brainchild will be “Fiscal Sequestration” that will be responsible for riots in the street and 516 killings in Chicago from guns . . . wait a minute. That’s already happened, hasn’t it? JD

Kanye West Attacks President Obama’s Domestic Policy In Middle Of Concert

Kanye West Attacks President Obama’s Domestic Policy In Middle Of Concert

Personally I have always thought that Kanye West was a nitwit. He says things that sometimes make little or no sense. However, when a famous African American speaks out against President Obama, it show that more and more people are losing the faith they put in Obama simply because he is half black.

Americans and the media are finally beginning to acknowledge that clearly Obama doesn’t know what he is doing and is so arrogant and self absorbed that he doesn’t care about real Americans and our economy.

Rapper Kanye West launched into a mid-concert rant against a range of people that included corporate executives, Justin Timberlake and one of his most famous public critics – President Barack Obama.

In a performance at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on Saturday, the Chicago-born rapper at one point said: “I don’t give a f–k what the president’s got to say,” to an ecstatic Londonaudience.

The president – also with roots in the city of Chicago — has publicly called West a “jackass.” One example was an off-hand remark picked up by cameras in which Obama commented on West’s interruption of singer Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech at the 2009 Video Music Awards.

On Saturday, Kanye continued to deride the incident, for which he took extensive media ridicule for supporting singer Beyonce’s music video over Swift’s. “And everybody thought I was so crazy. Am I the only one who is not crazy?” Kanye yelled to the cheering London audience.

In a wandering freestyle tone, West went on to take shots at a wide-ranging series of people and topics that included corporations and the Grammy’s. Most of the tirade was prefaced by West asking about the music industry, “Remind me why we in this s—t?”

“I hate business people,” said West. “Since when was making art about getting rich?” Kanye asked the crowd.

In addition to being a musician, West is a film director, fashion designer and beau of reality television star Kim Kardashian. The couple is currently expecting a baby girl sometime in July of this year, US Weekly reports.

Kanye also used the London stage to take a dig at Justin Timberlake and hip-hop friend and collaborator Jay-Z.

“I’ve got love for Hov but I ain’t f–king with that ‘Suit & Tie,’” West also said, apparently taking a shot at Timberlake’s comeback single which features Jay-Z.

Clint Eastwood Deals Sharp Rebuke Of Obama’s Presidency: If DC Doesn’t ‘Give a Damn,’ How Can We?

Clint Eastwood appears to have had enough of President Obama’s domestic policy and a media which is afraid to be critical of the president and tell America how poor a job Obama has done.

Hollywood legend and Republican supporter Clint Eastwood told CNBC that Washington gridlock is sending the nation racing towards another contentious debt deadline.

“It’s almost like they don’t give a damn,” he said, in a “Squawk Box” interview that aired Friday.

The Oscar-winning director who’s also known for his tough-guy roles asked rhetorically, “If they don’t give a damn, why did they expect anybody else to?”

With the deal to avoid the “fiscal cliff” barely in the rearview mirror, President Barack Obama and Republican leaders are on the clock again, scrambling to compromise on a package to replace the already-postponed automatic government spending cuts due to kick-in next month.

Award-winning director and actor Clint Eastwood told CNBC it’s “very disappointing” that American leaders “aren’t stepping up.”
Eastwood described it as “very disappointing” that so little has been accomplished. “The election’s over. We should be moving ahead. The leaders aren’t stepping up,” and he said, “I think they have to hear from the public out there. And maybe the public is a little lackadaisical.”

He was thrust into the political spotlight of the 2012 presidential election — first with the “Halftime in America” Super Bowl commercial he did that year for Chrysler; and then over the summer at the Republican National Convention with the now infamous “empty chair” bit.

“Seemed odd at the time. But, you know, I’m an odd person,” award-winning director and actor Clint Eastwood joked on CNBC.

Addressing criticism from the right that the Chrysler ad seemed like an endorsement for President Obama, Eastwood said his only intention was to inspire. “If there’s a momentum going — which everybody thought there might be at that particular time, at least in the auto industry — then let’s keep it going.”

He also dismissed the controversy surrounding the “invisible Obama” routine at the RNC. “Seemed odd at the time. But, you know, I’m an odd person,” he laughed.

“One thing about getting into the senior status of life, like I am, you don’t really care,” he joked. “You just say what you say and then you get away with it.”

Sandy Hook Father Mark Mattioli Says There Are More Than Enough Gun Laws, Cites Chicago Gun Laws As Ineffective

This morning I heard comments by Mr. Mark Mattioli, father of son James, who was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings. In his statements he said “The problem is not gun laws,” he said. “The problem is a lack of civility.”

This line is in virtually every article indexed by GoogleNews When I searched the name “Mark Mattioli.”

However, the comments I heard Mr. Mattioli make on the radio this morning on my way home from the gym said a lot more that seems to have been omitted from every article, including FoxNews.

Mr. Mattioli said, and I am paraphrasing here because I can find no accurate quote anywhere in the main stream media, but he cited Chicago’s gun laws as “being some of the toughest in the nation.” Mr. Mattioli say that “500 people died in Chicago” and that clearly their gun laws didn’t work and more gun laws would do nothing to stop gun violence.

Now I wish I could post a more accurate quote, but as of 11:10 AM PST there is still no mention of what Mr.Mattioli said more than three hours ago.

I believe the comments were spiked by the AP, or Associated Press because they are the ones first to the wire feed, making them highest in the Google Search index which means their article will be widely carried by all the national news media outlets.

I did find this passage from CBS affiliate KTVN

“Mark Mattioli appeared Monday before a legislative subcommittee reviewing gun laws in the wake of the Dec. 14 massacre, which left 20 first-grade students and six educators dead. Mattioli’s son, James, was among the children killed.

“Mattioli says he believes in “simple, few gun laws” and that there are “more than enough on the books.”

But he said they’re not being properly enforced.

Mattioli received a standing ovation.”

But Mr. Mattioli’s comments about Chicago gun laws and the gun violence in Chicago seem to have never been made. I guess the media doesn’t want to get President Obama angry. JD

HARTFORD, Conn. — Some parents of the youngest victims of the Newtown elementary school shooting on Monday urged Connecticut lawmakers to better enforce the state’s existing gun laws, with one father questioning why civilians need semiautomatic, military-style weapons.

Neil Heslin, whose 6-year-old son Jesse was one of the 20 first-graders killed in the Dec. 14 massacre, told a legislative subcommittee reviewing gun laws that there’s no need for such weapons in homes or on the streets.

His comments come just a few weeks after Republicans defense hawks put their foot down against letting the defense cuts happen.

“I still can’t see why any civilian, anybody in this room in fact, needs weapons of that sort. You’re not going to use them for hunting, even for home protection,” he said. “The sole purpose of those AR-15s or the AK-47 is put a lot of lead out on the battlefield quickly, and that’s what they do. And that’s what they did at Sandy Hook Elementary on the 14th”

A handful of people shouted back to Heslin about their Second Amendment rights.

Hundreds of people, including numerous gun rights advocates, turned out for the daylong public hearing, with 1,300 signing up to speak, according to one lawmaker. Some waited about two hours to get into the Legislative Office Building because they first had to pass through metal detectors installed at the building’s entrance, a rare occurrence at Connecticut’s legislative complex.

Monday’s hearing was the second of four public hearings held by the General Assembly’s task force on gun violence and school safety, created in the wake of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School to come up with a legislative response.

A hearing on school safety was held last week. On Tuesday, another subcommittee will hold a public hearing on mental health care. The full 52-member task force also plans to hold a hearing on guns, school safety and mental health at the Newtown High School on Wednesday evening.

The subcommittees have until Feb. 15 to forward their recommendations to legislative leaders for possible law changes.

Mark Mattioli, whose 6-year-old son James was killed at Sandy Hook, said there are more than enough gun laws on the books, but they are not being properly enforced.

But Mattioli said the shooting, which also left six educators dead, is the symptom of a bigger problem facing the nation.

“The problem is not gun laws,” he said. “The problem is a lack of civility.”

The state’s gun manufacturers on Monday urged the subcommittee to not support legislation that could put the state’s historic gun manufacturing industry at risk, despite being the site of such a heart-breaking school massacre.

“We have a reason to consider the ramifications on the firearms industry that has contributed much to the state’s history and culture and continues to play a vital role,” said Dennis Veilleux, president and CEO of Colt Manufacturing, which employs about 670 people in West Hartford.

Immigration reform will add millions of people to ObamaCare

Here is the problem with American politics. Politicians don’t care about America or Americans. They only care about being re-elected. Plain and simple.

This is why they are constantly pandering to the poor. The irony here is they have manufactured an ever expanding base of poor people by passing laws that cost us all more money in the form of taxes.

Comprehensive immigration reform could make millions of people suddenly eligible for assistance under President Obama’s healthcare law, assuming a final deal paves the way for undocumented immigrants to receive papers.

Illegal aliens are now prohibited from purchasing coverage through the Affordable Care Act’s insurance exchanges, which will launch next year.

They are also ineligible for Medicaid under most circumstances, making the law’s expansion of the program fruitless for people without documents.

Even young illegal immigrants with “deferred action” status, known as “DREAMers,” cannot access the law’s benefits.

But the picture could change completely if Hispanic lawmakers get their wish — an overhaul of U.S. immigration policy that includes a path to legalization.

“We have to figure out a way in which [undocumented immigrants] incorporate themselves into the larger workforce, and into our society in general, and not be a burden,” said Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.), a leader in the immigration debate.

“Do we want them to go to the exchanges? Absolutely we do — if and when they don’t have healthcare through their employer,” he said.

Immigration is expected to be a major issue for President Obama’s second term, and advocates like Gutierrez are pushing hard to make reform a reality.

Recent polls show the public is increasingly on board. According to a CNN/ORC poll from Jan. 21, 53 percent want a path to legalization for illegal immigrants — a major shift from 2011, when most wanted Washington focused on deportations.

The consequences for Obama’s signature healthcare law, as well as healthcare providers, could be huge.

Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.), a member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, said the legalization of undocumented people would benefit hospitals now burdened by uncompensated care.

If nothing changes, undocumented immigrants will be a major share of the uninsured, second only to those who are eligible but do not apply for coverage under the healthcare law in 2014, according to the Urban Institute.
