Temecula Dad accused of using stun gun on daughters friend over nude cell phone pics

Is it just me or is there something wrong with a 23 year old man chasing 17 year old girls? The dad probably did us all a favor here. Who knows, this guy could be a Chester.

TEMECULA, Calif. — An angry father is accused of using a stun gun on a 23 year old man who sent his 17 year old daughter an explicit cell phone picture.

William Atwood Sr., 45, was charged Wednesday with multiple felonies in connection with the case.

Authorities say Atwood lured Justin Moore to his home, ordered him to strip down to his boxer shorts, and tied him up and tased him with a stun gun before turning him over to a sheriff’s deputy.

Moore told authorities he sent a photo of his genitals to several friends, including Atwood’s daughter, as a joke.

Atwood apparently didn’t think the joke was funny when his daughter told him about the picture in January.

According to court records, Atwood called the Sheriff’s Department saying that Moore sent pornography to a child.

Before detectives could investigate the claim, Atwood told deputies that Moore came to his home uninvited.

He admitted telling Moore to take off his clothes and says he bound his wrists and ankles with zip ties.

Deputies found Moore at Atwood’s home naked, tied up and extremely frightened.

Moore tells a different story. He says that Atwood called him and asked him to come over to discuss the photo. When he arrived, Atwood was holding a shotgun, Moore told officials.

He says Atwood ordered him out of his car and fired a shot. Atwood pulled him off the ground by his feet, injuring his shoulder, according to Moore.

Atwood told Moore he had connections with the Pechanga tribe and was going to have him buried on the reservation, court records say.

Moore said he believed that Atwood was going to kill him.

A short time later, Atwood pulled out a handgun and a stun gun.

He shocked Moore on the shoulder for about 20 seconds and asked him how he liked it, court records say.

Moore said he was detained for about an hour before Atwood called the Sheriff’s Department.

Investigators determined that Moore had received a call from Atwood about an hour before he called authorities and also found a text message Moore had sent to a friend on his way to Atwood’s house, saying he was going to discuss the pictures.

“If I don’t get back, let everyone know,” he joked.

Investigators searched Atwood’s home, seized zip ties, at least two stun guns and more than a dozen firearms.

The district attorney’s office on Wednesday charged Atwood with making criminal threats, false imprisonment, assault with a stun gun, assault with a deadly weapon and other gun charges.

Prosecutors declined to charge Moore in connection with the photo for lack of evidence, said district attorney’s spokesman John Hall.

funny lindsay lohan passed out drunk bong beers

Its pretty clear that Lindsay Lohan is completely off her rocker crazy nutso insane. I have seen the shows on TV where she hoards things in her house. She spends like a maniac and her exploits with drugs and alcohol are pretty well known.

So, faced with a choice, I think that now would be a good time to start believing Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan when he says that she needs help.

We have all seen Lohan go from being a cute kid to a drunken lesbian. Its pretty clear that like Britney Spears, Lohan is surrounded with a bunch of people sucking off of her money that will not say no to any of Lohan’s demented requests.

Accused kleptomaniac Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been named as “a suspect” in the theft of a $35,000 Rolex watch, authorities said.

The pricey watch belongs to one of Lohan’s “friends” who accidentally left it at the “Mean Girls” star’s Los Angeles house earlier this year and never got it back, TMZ.com reported today.

Sources said cops have “photographic evidence” which could prove Lohan, 23, knows where the Rolex went.

TMZ reported that cops went to Lohan’s pad Wednesday to question the actress about the watch.

Lohan, through her lawyer, denied any involvement in the theft. “The allegations are completely untrue,” said her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.

No arrests have been made in the theft.

Lohan, who has reportedly been battling credit card debt has her acting career continues to falter, has been accused of having sticky fingers in the past.

Last year, Lohan was one of a group of people questioned by Scotland Yard after jewelry worth $400,000 went missing after a magazine photo shoot in London.

The diamond necklace and earrings were modelled by Lohan during the Elle photo shoot at Big Sky Studios outside London.

The jewelry, which was lent to the magazine by fashion house Dior for the day on June 6, was reported missing two days later.

Lohan was never arrested and the case was never solved.

In 2008, Lohan was accused of swiping — and later returning — a mink coat from a Columbia University co-ed.

Maria “Masha” Markova claimed in a civil lawsuit filed in Manhattan that Lohan swiped her blond jacket “without claim of authority, privilege or right” at 1Oak nightclub in January 2008.

Markova, a model, thought the $11,000 gift from her grandmother was lost forever, until she saw Lohan — who was at the same party at 1Oak that early morning — weeks later wearing a blond mink.

Markova said she had put her fur coat in a common bin at 1Oak, which was closed for a private birthday bash. After Markova called the club to complain and her lawyer reached out to Lohan’s attorneys, the coat was mysteriously returned on Feb. 14 with no explanation or apology.

The case was later settled for an undisclosed amount.

Lohan is also no stranger to law enforcement for other reasons.

In May 2007, she was busted after cocaine was found in her car after she’d gotten into an accident. She went to rehab for 45 days.

Two months later, Lohan she was again caught with coke and served one day behind bars and put on probation for three years.

Mahoney has worked at the school for about a decade, Decker said.
