Video of two men hit on freeway

I have found them! Two of the dumbest men on earth! It looks like they were trying to change a tire in the middle of the freeway. How sstupid can a person actually be when they stop in traffic and get out of their vehicle to change the tire in the fast lane? Ugh. JD
