Okay, for all of you dopey Lady Gaga fans that think that she is doing something original, think again. David Bowie did the whole “androgynous” thing forty years ago. I put a link to the definition of “androgynous” for all of you lops out there that don’t know the meaning of the word.

David Bowie started the whole thing back in the Ziggy Stardust years in 1972. The media at the time was asking whether he was a boy or a girl, which actually was part of a lyric in the song “Rebel Rebel.”

Bowie readily admits that it was all contrived and the motivator was making money, much to the dismay of Bowie fans that were stupid enough to think he was doing it because it was who really he was.

So I found some old pictures of David Bowie and a new one of Lady Dipshit, and I will you be the judge. The only difference I can see is Bowie didn’t make an ass of himself in the process of making millions. JD
