I love “The View.” You have what amounts to three incredibly misinformed women spewing rhetoric and inuendo, and Whoopi Goldberg who tries to make sense of it all.
Joy Behar, proving to be the New York toady liberal that she is, has now gone off into the either with yet another inane statement, this time about the British Petroleum oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
She has received her marching orders from Obama . . . Blame Dick Cheney for the BP accident. This will be all over the media for the next few days, so get ready for it. Obama has completely dropped the ball on the oil spill. He sat on his hands for a month and did nothing.
Behar and the rest of those annoying yentas on “The View” all know this. Their answer? Attack an administration official that has not been in office for 18 months. What a moron. I have attached the video below. JD

JD, the world is a very complicated place, but when do people, that have the power, step up to the plate and take responsibility and are held accountable anymore? This oil spill is of epic proportions. I feel so bad for the people of Louisiana. They have been through enough. The Katrina response was a complete joke and now this…WOW.
Well, to a certain extent I would agree with the Katrina response. However, being in the transportation industry and understanding logistics, there is no way to move assets into place in the middle of a hurricane.
Keep in mind that the buildup to the first Iraq war took six months to put in place. So you have a major hurricane and all of the fallout weather created as a result of the hurricane and it hits a part of the country where 67 percent of the population is on welfare, the end result was disaster.
It would also be a good idea to keep in mind that most of the damage was caused by the levies breaking and not the hurricane itself.
Each levy in New Orleans has its own oversight committee that were busy spending the federal money for levy maintenance on welfare for the people that kept them in their positions.
As far as the BP fiasco, The fallout is yet to be seen. I would bet money though that if BP were not hamstrung by federal regulation, they would have fixed this mess a week ago. JD
