Fontana police say Jason Olivias, 35, is accused of molesting an 11 year old girl
How many people would be stupid enough to leave an 11 year old girl alone with a known child molester? Jason Olivias is wearing a GPS device for a prior conviction for molestation.
We here at the brokencountry are trying to figure out why the parent or parents of the girl have not been arrested to child neglect and endangerment for letting this miscreant near their child. The mother must be the dumbest human on the planet . . . with the exception of Maxine Waters and Barbara Boxer.
A convicted sex offender wearing a state GPS monitoring device has been arrested for molesting an 11-year-old girl in Fontana.
Fontana police Sgt. Jeff Decker said Jason Olivas, 35, was arrested Tuesday and booked on suspicion of committing lewd and lascivious acts with a child.
Police received a call at 5:30 p.m. from a resident who said the 11 year old had been molested several times in December.
Olivas was a friend of the girl’s mother, according to family members.
Olivas is currently behind held on $250,000 bail. He was wearing a GPS device on his ankle that tracks his location because he is a registered sex offender, Sgt. Decker said.
Olivas, believed to be a transient, was on parole after serving time on a drug conviction.
More than 6,600 sex offenders in California are equipped with GPS tracking devices.
