I believe that it is about time that should have her license revoked. It seems that about every two years, Locklear decides to drink and drive or crash into things.

We can all chalk it up to being a dumb blond, but I have seen her interviewed and she doesn’t seem stupid with the exception of deciding to drive drunk.

Perhaps its because she doesn’t get any media attention anymore and she thought it might be a good idea to go out and crash into things. Don’t know but it was worth some page space.

Heather Locklear has a court date next month on hit-and-run charges after an early-morning crash knocked down a street sign.

’s Captain Eric Dowd says Locklear was cited and released Saturday after a resident reported hearing a crash around 4 a.m. An investigation led police to Locklear, whom they believe was behind the wheel at the time of the crash.

Blair Berk, an attorney for the 48-year-old , confirmed Locklear was cited as the car’s registered owner but said “it is not yet clear who was driving the vehicle.”

The matter will be heard May 17 at , Dowd said.

Locklear was arrested in 2008 for of prescription drugs. She pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of in January 2009.
