DEVELOPING: Florida authorities have launched a manhunt for a gunman believed to be on the loose after a shooting Friday at an Orlando office building that reportedly killed at least two and wounded eight.

Authorities have identified the alleged gunman as Jason Rodriguez, 40, a former employee at the office building.

Rodriguez remains at large. He is considered armed and dangerous. He is believed to be driving a 2002 silver Nissan SUV with Florida license plates D119UX

Police have not confirmed the number of victims. They said five patients were transported to a local hospital.

Police do not know what Rodriguez’s motive was.

Police are in the process of thoroughly searching the perimeter of the office building. They could not confirm that the building had been completely searched.

Police asked community members to keep their eyes open for the suspect.

MyFoxOrlando reported that two people were killed and eight injured.
