Chandra Levy’s murderer close to arrest? Isn’t he already in prison? Ingmar Guandique is in a California State prison for assaulting two women in Washington D.C.’s Rock Creek Park, the same park where Chandra Levy’s body was found.

An inmate told investigators that Guandique confessed to Levy’s murder, according to WRC-TV. But Guandique changed his story when speaking to investigators. He allegedly told police that he saw Levy several times in the park but played no part in her death.

The police investigation into the murder of Chandra Levy has ramped up in recent months, after The Washington Post in July published a 13-part serial narrative investigation into the case, pointing to Ingmar Guandique, a Salvadoran immigrant, as the most likely suspect in the case.

The Washington DC police were obviously not competent enough to connect the dots in the case so the Washington Post had to step in and do their own investigation. So lets review. Ingmar Guandique is arrested for attacking with a knife, two women IN THE SAME PARK AT THE SAME TIME THAT CHANDRA LEVY WAS MURDERED but the DC police and the FBI couldn’t put two and two together. DUH . . . . . Perhaps it was because they were too busy focusing their attention on Gary Condit. Geez, some heads should roll for this colossal blunder.

Chandra Levy did America a great favor without ever living to see the end result. She exposed that scumbag Gary Condit for being the shitheal philanderer that he is. She posthumously ruined Gary Condit’s political career and reduced him to a common serf that serves ice cream at a Baskin Robbins in Arizona. Don’t laugh, it’s a true story.

Can anyone imagine it? One day your a powerful congressman in Washington making millions and brokering deals to screw the American taxpayer, then the next thing you know your listening to some snot nosed brat yelling at you that he wants more peanuts on his hot fudge sundae.

It just goes to show you that in America, you can be whatever you want to be . . . even if you want to be a suspected murderer congressman or an ice cream scooper. JD
