Sweeping budget plan in big trouble; Dems still need one more GOP vote

So “sweeping budget plan ” is what the liberals call progressive? The only progression we Californians have seen is in the form of higher taxes and bigger government with a dose of removal of rights and personal freedoms.

This “Sweeping budget plan” is nothing more than huge tax increases on the middle class working stiff and tax breaks for all of the “Friends of Arnold” in the corporate world. The California state legislature, Republicans in particular, have been met with fierce resistance from their constituents. That’s what the news media WILL NOT tell the rest of America.

The hard working voters have been calling and emailing their elected officials non stop for the last two weeks telling them that if they want to see another term, they best vote no on this budget. With the help of radio talk show hosts John and Ken on AM 640, Los Angeles, the voters have been mobilized and informed about this budget and the record breaking tax increases it contains.

John and Ken are constantly maligned by the mainstream media because they use their 50,000 watt transmitter to give Californians the information that the media doesn’t want you to know. This usually consists of pointing out just how hypocritical the media and our elected officials are and how they simply don’t care about the taxpayer. On a recent show, host John Kobylt said “The bottom line here is that the California State Legislature only cares about three things. Illegal aliens, the lazy people and staying in office.”

That’s the Gods honest truth. Well put John. John and Ken are one of the biggest reasons that Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi has renewed talks of bringing back the “Fairness Doctrine.” Talk radio has the ability to tell people what our elected officials don’t want you to know. So what is the liberal answer to this dilemma? To silence opposition.

There is a subtle irony to Nancy pelosi and the Fairness Doctrine. Liberals have chosen a path to socialism that includes but is not limited to making the people of California more dependent on government. For the last 40 years the mostly democratic legislature has been spending tax money on constantly giving themselves pay raises, hiring more government workers, making California teachers, firemen, law enforcement and prison guards the highest paid in the nation, and giving money to illegal immigrants.

During that same 40 years the population has tripled but the California State legislature has spent almost no money on infrastructure. What should be a thirty minute commute into Los Angeles from the valley takes three hours. People have nothing but time on their hands so what do they do? They listen to talk radio. Especially here in Los Angeles where there is no real music being played on the radio unless you speak spanish which by the way pisses people off even more.

So the irony is this. The democrats, who have been busy feeding, clothing and educating people that are not here legally are now angry at talk radio because talk radio has opened the eyes of the voter/taxpayer who is now angry as hell because they sit in traffic all day worrying about how they are going to pay their bills when virtually half of their income is taken away in the form of taxes.

Nancy Pelosi is right. We do need a fairness doctrine. But it should be reworded to say that the people of the state of California no longer has to pay taxes for lazy ass people that refuse to work and make babies the way dogs make babies. IN A LITTER. JD
