What-a-burn! According to this FoxNews.com article, the current administration is trying to convince everyone that somehow violating the Constitution is not the issue here, but that we should instead focus on hunting down those that would dare bring such Constitutional violations to the light of day!

Someone please explain to me how revealing that the NSA is wire-tapping the crap out of anyone it wants to is somehow damaging to the anti-terrorism intelligence activity. All it really does is reveal to the rest of the world that the “freedom” that we enjoy now is slowly being eroded in the name of … what … freedom? Haha, good one.

So if The Man said to you as your child is being born that your child would never have to stand in a security line at an airport, would never be pulled over by a cop and would never have his dwelling busted in to by the authorities IF you concented to having a chip implanted in to his or her skull making their every move and action known to the authorities, would you do it? Umm, didn’t think so. So now explain to me how what the current administration is doing is any different.

Bottom line, if Americans have been helping terrorists in some way then we wanna see WARRANTS and we wanna see those Americans STRUNG UP with their HEADS ON PIKES. Otherwise, FUCK OFF with the illegal wiretapping.

There isn’t one honest person in washington D.C. They are all lawyers that couldn’t make it in their own practice so they run for office. The lawyers that can’t get elected become lobbyists so they can help their elected lawyer pals to better give us taxpayers a good corn holing. Not a day goes by that I don’t wish a painful agonizing death on every last one of them. What they have collectively done to this country is reprehensible. We are in the middle of an invasion from the south and they are all for it because the democrats look at illegal aliens as future poor people that they can keep in the ghettos like they do the blacks in America. Yes I said it. It is the democratic party that oppresses people and keeps them in the ghetto. This gives them power. Every couple of years they come out and blame the wealthy for keeping people down, but in reality it’s the liberals that understand that as long as there are poor, there will be democrats.

Meanwhile the republicans look at illegal aliens as slave labor to be exploited by their corporate buddies. Don’t believe me? Consider this. Most of the central valley of California is owned by Unocal, Chevron Monsanto and a little company called Phillip Morris. Most people don’t know this. In fact most people don’t know that California is the biggest single producer of fruits and vegetables in the country and quite possibly the world. What we as taxpayers are being forced to do by our elected scumbags is subsidize these multi-billion dollar companies by paying in the form of taxes, for illegal aliens so they can have homes, health care and everything else they need to live on $3.00 an hour. Yes indeed lettuce is .99 cents a head. But the real cost after you pay your taxes to subsidize that cheap labor is about $4.50.

So keep running out and re-electing the same people time and time again. Because while they are shaking your hand with their right hand they are picking your pocket and greasing your ass with the left hand.

So how many of you think Dick Clark still looks like that kid from American Bandstand? Look at this old codger. He dyes his hair and he still looks like a fossil. Not 100%? He ain’t 20%!! He looks like he’s petrified. If he stood still long enough he would begin to decay and crumble into dust. Pretty scary to see the young and the old right next to each other, isn’t it? I am thinking of hiring Dick next year to work the neighborhood scaring kids on Halloween. No kids will come to my door. People in the media are always crowing about how young the old Dick looks but they never give you a picture of him when he was young. Well we here at DOJAK are tired of this nonsense. I know you are thinking he still looks good for his age, but he has had work. I don’t know who it is that handles the knives in Beverly Hills, but they always make old men look like old lesbians. Look at Bruce Jenner. The guy looks like an ugly old lady now. So does Dick Clark. Slap a pair of jugs on them and you have two old lesbians. They should sue the doctors that did that to them. I wonder if while the doctors were doing the surgery they were laughing and saying “lets make them look like really old lesbians.” Dick Clark should retire already. Alec Baldwin is looking for work. Let him make a couple of million a year to count backward on New Years Eve.

Below is a post to my website from an individual that took me to task for my opinions regarding illegal immigration. Jose’s comment along with my innitial response are just a few posts down the page from this one. A friend of mine pointed out a few things about Jose’s post that I thought were rather funny, so I reread it and I came to a few conclusions of my own. I have since edited Jose’s post and added my corrections and assumtions in itallics in between Jose’s inane commentary. I am doing this because I am sure that I know who this guy really is and its great fun beating him down with his own words. The picture on the right is one of Mexico’s finsest neighborhoods. I hope you all enjoy.

Should we all make the assumtion that Jose actually believes that all people that are in their “right minds” think like him?) actually take you serious? (The end word here would be “seriously”, and the answer is an emphatic YES) Have you no life? (Again, grammatically speaking, it should read “You should get a life” because the question “have you no life?” really asks “are you dead” which in this case would make no sense) Your level of awareness is far below that of the average moron. Not only is it what is known as an “open ended statement meaning unfinished, but the author again makes the assumtion that first, if you are not aware, or how the hippies used to say “tuned in” to the opinions of others than by default you are a moron. Second, why should anyone be aware of that which they despise?)
People like you divide rather than unite for the common good.(So let me get this straight. (Here I will not disagree because Jose is entitled to his opinion and I very well could be a moron, however, he is afforded his opinion because he is here in America. In Mexico he could be shot or a family member could be kidnapped for having such an opinion. I will leave this one alone now. He has probably had a hard enough time here in America with his lack of intelligence being what it is and all.)

Country singer Glen Campbell, best known for his hit single ‘Rhinestone Cowboy,’ was arrested Monday in Phoenix, Ariz., on suspicion of extreme drunken driving and hit and run, Reuters reports. Campbell, 67, was also booked into jail on suspicion of aggravated assault on a police officer for allegedly kneeing a sergeant in the thigh while at the station. According to police, Campbell’s BMW slammed into a Toyota sedan at an intersection and failed to stay at the scene. Campbell was later arrested at his residence at the Biltmore Estates in a posh area of Phoenix and was released on bond at 12:30 a.m. after a midnight hearing. The singer’s blood alcohol level was not immediately released, but the legal limit for drivers in Arizona is .08, with extreme drunken driving more than .15. Campbell’s official Web site says that the singer has given up alcohol and smoking cigarettes.

MIAMI (AP) — The serial rape suspect accused of terrorizing two neighborhoods smiled as police officers escorted him back to jail Tuesday, a week after he escaped by climbing through a vent and rappelling down the building using sheets.

A tip led detectives to Reynaldo E. Rapalo, who was arrested about 10 p.m. Monday outside a video store in southwest Miami, said Amos Rojas Jr., Florida Department of Law Enforcement special agent in charge.

He had shaved his mustache and told officers who had chased him down that “he was a homeless guy from Nicaragua, that he was worried about immigration,” Detective Alcides Velez said. “He was trying to mislead us in that direction.”

Rapalo, 34, escaped Dec. 20 as he awaited a February trial on felony counts of sexual battery and other charges that could have sent him to prison for life. He is accused of sexually assaulting seven women and girls, ranging from 11 to 79 years old, before his capture in 2003.

“He is a very dangerous individual and we are very glad to have him back in custody,” Miami-Dade Police Director Robert Parker said.

While being led to a police car Tuesday morning, Rapalo smiled as he spoke to the officers who held his arms. He was taken to a different jail from the one he escaped from.

At a brief hearing later in the morning, Rapalo was denied bail on an escape charge. Appearing in court via closed-circuit camera from jail, he made no comment.

Rapalo, 34, broke out of jail Dec. 20 by rappelling down the building on bed sheets. He was awaiting a February trial on felony counts of sexual battery and other charges that could have sent him to prison for life. He is accused of sexually assaulting seven women and girls.

Rapalo, a Honduran native who had been living in Miami on an expired visa, (in other words an ILLEGAL ALIEN!!! ed.) was accused of terrorizing the city’s Little Havana and Shenandoah neighborhoods in 2002 and 2003, including raping three young girls in the span of four weeks.

Parents walked their children home from school, sketches of the suspect were plastered across town, and a beauty salon owner kept her business door locked even during the day.

Miami police also stopped more than 120 men, most of them Hispanic, and asked them to volunteer DNA samples, a tactic that was denounced by civil rights activists. The DNA samples did not lead to his capture.

Rapalo was arrested September 2003 when officers noticed him driving suspiciously.

He and another inmate escaped from a Miami jail last week by climbing through a vent in the ceiling of a cell and onto a sixth-floor roof, police said. The vent was supposed to be locked, but it had been pried open, and bars blocking it were cut.

The other inmate, also a sexual assault suspect, broke his legs when he jumped and was captured outside the jail.

Police have said the tools used in the escape may have been smuggled in, and Rapalo apparently plotted the breakout for months.

Officers scoured neighborhoods, airports, train stations and ports for Rapalo, and guards were assigned to victims who still live in the area. Rapalo did not leave Miami-Dade County, and may have had accomplices who helped him elude police, Rojas said.

“We think someone gave him some clothes and he’s been communicating with some people,” Parker said. “We took some things off of him — he still had the blade that he used to escape.”

After his escape, the director of the Miami-Dade Corrections Department ordered that all vents at the jail be welded shut.

Two corrections officers were placed on paid administrative leave. They were not accused of being involved in the escape, and they have not been disciplined.

The tipster who ultimately led authorities to Rapalo will get the $36,000 award offered for information leading to his arrest, police said. Just as the tipster described, detectives found Rapalo outside the video store wearing a fuzzy pink sweater layered under a black sweater, Rojas said.

Here is something I like to poke fun at from time to time. Global Warming. The “chicken little” sky is falling crowd. This group of motards sit around in fear. They are afraid of virtually everything. I have a few friends that are part of this group and when I talk to them about it, they are afraid to walk out their front door for fear that the sky will come down and crush them where they stand. For the record, there is no such thing as global warming. Consider this. The Staples Center here in Los Angeles (where the Lakers play) has about 950,000 square feet of space which houses about 38 million cubic feet of air space to heat and cool. It takes about 2850 tons (One ton equals 12,000 british thermal units an hour) of heating/air conditioning system to warm the building 1.5 degrees an hour on an average day. A cold day for us here in Los Angeles is about 45 degrees. It would take 2,266 automobiles at an idle an hour to do the same thing if you could fit them all in the building at the same time. Most of this heating would happen because of the heat produced by the power train itself, not the exhaust. The earth has enough air to fill roughly 2.5 billion Staples Centers, give or take a few hundred. Let’s not forget that the earth is creating fresh air all day long as well. Based on these numbers it would take fifteen billion, eight hundred million SUV’s running at about 2,200 RPM (roughly eight times idle) to heat the earth one tenth of one degree in TWENTY FOUR HOURS!!! Think about that before you start to cry about global warming.

This is a post on my other website. This is the kind of stuff I get almost daily. This guy actually thinks that people like me are the minority. Let me tell you all something. I am willing to bet that more than eighty five percent of the people in America don’t like illegal immigration. Unfortunately there are only about seventy percent of us that are willing to admit it. But our numbers are growing every day. The more that the legal citizens of this country see illegal aliens taking their jobs and wrecking their country and culture, the angrier they get …. and the LOUDER they get.

So keep up your hard work there, Dave. To people like me you are a waterwalker. A crusader. People like you will defend “La Raza” or “MALDEF” or “The Nation of Islam” until the day you die because you have been conditioned by your elders that in my opinion, are the modern day equivelent of the K.K.K. Why do I say this? Because when the K.K.K. ran about on horseback and killing African Americans, people were afraid that they may be next. They would not only attack blacks, but anyone else that refused to think like them or perhaps dropped the dime on them. So explain to me, what’s the difference between the K.K.K. and modern day gangs??? Of any etnicity. When people see gang members approching they cross the street and avert their eyes. They are afraid that it may be their turn. And who knows, when you are dealing with a kind of mentality that does not value human life, you very well may be!

Comments: I am kind of torn on the post just below this one. I should take it down because it is offensive. On the other, I am offended every day when I am around people that refuse to speak english. I am not opposed to family talking their native tongue among themselves, but for God’s sake, every time I go into ANY business establishment where the person behind the counter speaks spanish I have to endure this needless banter back and forth in a language that is FOREIGN to me and about seventy percent of the people here in America. It is bad enough that I have to let most of these people walk among my own when they are nothing more than common criminals. If you include the law breakers from before that dopey Ronald Reagan gave them amnesty, we are talking about more than thirty million people, and I consider them all criminals that should be in jail or deported. The people in control of this country are liars and scoundrels that should be publicly flogged and deported as well.

Anyway, I think most of you get my point. If you want to discuss divisivness, perhaps you should look at the group of people that you belong to. People that create their own clubs that exclude anyone that doesn’t look and talk like them. A group of people that refuse to communicate in a language that everyone else around them can understand. A group that creates award shows and TV stations that only celebrate and talk about people that act, speak and look like their own. That my small minded friend is what we here in America call divisive. On Sunday morning when I tune in on David Garcia, who is broadcast on Fox TV owned KTTV here in Los Angeles, and he is sitting there in front of God and the rest of us singing the praises of people that have systematically excluded themselves from the very country that has given them opportunities that are not offered in that shit box country just 120 miles south of where I sit right now, it makes me want to vomit. So just shut your hole and take it “Jose”. You are a racist and it is all you will ever be. Because you and your ilk only see me as white, not as human you narrow minded bigot. Sound familiar Jose? Okay, now my head is really going to explode. I received an email from Jim Murphy regarding a website called compete America.com. This group is one of the biggest groups that lobby on behalf of corporations that enjoy cheap white collar labor through the H1B Visa program. Click here to see a list of the corporations that are lobbying for cheap labor. I have tried to do a trace on the site and it ends in a big fat question mark in North Maryland. Their address goes back to a building in Washington D.C. that is filled with a bunch of lobbying cockroaches. I don’t know but I encourage all of you to visit this site and see what these rat bastards are up to. He claims to represent 200 corporations, universities and reaserch institutes and is nothing more than a lobbyist for the H1B VISA program. YOU MUST GO TO THIS SITE. I want to know who and what corporations this asshole is funded by. This is nothing more then a lobby group that tries to get congress to let in cheap foreign white collar workers to water down the wage base.

ADDENDUM. We have found their servers!!! This site is run by a lobby group based in Washington D.C. called The Fratelli Group. This group is a public relations firm who’s sole purpose seems to be sucking off of the teat of the American taxpayer. This is a real group of scumbags. They actually host the competeamerica.org/ website. Now I am not telling anyone what to do here, but what I would do is something like go to free internet offers websites and sign these asswipes up for everything you can. You see this generates a tremendous amount of junk mail in their email boxes. Why it could take hours to sort through it all looking for legitimate emails. Maybe even weeks if enough people were to do such a dastardly thing. Far be it from me to ask my friends to do something like this.

Check this little gem out! I found this while scanning the news for any articles about Kevin Cooper. For those of you that have never heard of Mr. Cooper, he was convicted killing a San Bernardino county couple, Doug and Peggy Ryen, their 11-year-old daughter Jessica along with a houseguest, 11-year-old Christopher Hughes with a knife and a hatchet. This was a brutal crime and the evidence against Mr. Cooper is condemning. Mr. Cooper did this crime after escaping from the Chino Minimum security mens prison in 1983. So now Arnie’s fellow Austrians (Austria is where Arnie Schwarzenegger hails from) are threatening to disown him for putting criminals to death in accordance with California state law. So lets review. If my memory serves me correctly, Wasn’t it the Austrians who helped Adolf Hitler kill six million jews and a few million more christians? Who are these thick headed nazi’s kidding? So they must believe that they can right the past wrongs by ostracizing Arnie? You see, this is what is wrong with the european way of thinking. They have gone from once great nations to a bunch of friggin cowards, ie the French and the cowardly Spaniards. What a shame.

More graffiti pictures!!! These were taken December 22, 2005 in the Mount Baldy area of Southern California. This is a popular local destination for fun in the snow as well as hiking during the warmer months. As you can see in the pictures, it has been ruined by graffiti. When you look at this graffiti close enough you can actually read the some of hispanic names contained in the hieroglyphics. The gang members spray their “art” on the rocks faster then the Department of Forestry can remove it. I would like anyone of hispanic darivation to explain to me why it is that they do this shit, and try to prove to me that it isn’t latino gang members that are doing this. The last four pictures show how beautiful the moutains are …. so long as it is more then a couple of hundred yards from the road because these miscreants are too lazy and too stoned to walk that far.

Well this should piss you off. This is the latest salvo from El Presidente Vincente Fox. He again is trying to set policy in the United States from that piss ant country they call Mexico. Well let me tell you something Vincent, you son of a bitch, you can take your craphole country and saw the friggin thing off at the border and the U.S. wouldn’t miss it at all. With the exception of good food, good beer and an abundance of drugs and prostitutes, I cannot understand why the U.S. even tolerates your presence in the northern hemisphere. As far as most of us here in America see it, you are like our red headed step child with buck teeth. We can’t afford to prop up your country anymore Vincent. So do the United States a favor and end the corruption in Mexico so your people can come home and live there instead of comming here and dragging America down to the low level of Mexico.
