SAN FRANCISCO (AP) – Crips co-founder Stanley Tookie Williams moved a step closer to the death chamber Wednesday when the California Supreme Court refused to reopen his case(for those of us in California, this is because he is GUILTY) in four murders and halt the state’s highest-profile execution since the death penalty was reinstated.

In a last-ditch legal move, Williams alleged that shoddy forensic testing and other errors wrongly sent him to San Quentin State Prison, where he is scheduled die by lethal injection Dec. 13.

RICHMOND, Va. – A day before Robin Lovitt was to become the 1,000th person executed since capital punishment resumed in 1977, Virginia’s governor spared his life.

Lovitt’s sentence on Tuesday was commuted to life in prison without parole for stabbing a man to death with a pair of scissors during a 1988 pool hall robbery.

Gov. Mark R. Warner(AKA LIBRETARDED IDIOT) said evidence from Lovitt’s trial had been improperly destroyed, depriving the defense of the opportunity to subject the material to the latest in DNA testing.

This article in the Chicago Tribune seems to be specific about the dilema that our President faces: how to legitimize the use of, what is essentially, slave labor in [large] commercial [farming] concerns.

What a load of crap.

Is it right to legitimize this activity through the use of some sort of “guest worker program?” Republicans seem divided, not on the issue of how appropriate it is to give this program legitimacy, but rather on whether or not we should send current illegals back to their country of origin and have them apply from there, and whether or not to offer potential future “permanent residency” as a carot with which to entice compliance.

Letting business take away your job through illegal activities is clearly a completely acceptable business practice in the eyes of Republicans; it plays to the very core of capitalizm.

So as your job gets sub-contracted out, as your client base is slowly whittled away by those who can and will undercut your prices, don’t forget to gaze thankfully down at that bright shiny Smith & Wesson you can legally and proudly own and weald.

Here is a dissent filed by Judge Samuel Alito in 2000 that
shows his strong support for the First Amendment right to
free exercise of religion.

The case involved a kindergarten student whose Thanksgiving
poster was removed from his public school because the poster
thanked Jesus. It was another outrageous example of the
courts imposing an unconstitutional secular mandate.

The kids were encouraged to make the posters expressing
their thanks during the Thanksgiving season. But this
one child’s poster was removed because the child wanted
to thank Jesus.

The 3rd Circuit Court upheld the school’s actions.

But Judge Alito “stood on the wall” in opposition and
filed a blistering dissent that stated,

“Public school students have the right to express
religious views in class discussion or in assigned
work.“

Alito added:

“this was quintessential viewpoint discrimination.“

I used to be able to solve one of these things in just under 60 seconds. I can’t remember but I think my best time was 54 + seconds. I mentioned this to a friends and he doesn’t believe me. I told him that the world record was eighteen seconds. I was wrong. It is less than fifteen seconds. Below is a site to tell you more. Pat Morita, best known for his role as the wise, witty mentor in The Karate Kid, has died at the age of 73. He was Oscar-nominated for his role in the 1984 blockbuster, which went on to spawn three sequels. Other film credits include The Centre of the World, Gus Van Sant’s Even Cowgirls Get the Blues and the Disney animation Mulan.

Morita’s acclaimed performance as Kesuke Miyagi in the Karate Kid pictures was seen as a belated vindication in a career that had been hampered by racial stereotyping. Born to a family of migrant fruit pickers in California, he spent the second world war at a Japanese-American internment camp in Arizona. Starting out as an actor, he made his film debut as “Oriental Number Two” in the 1967 film Thoroughly Modern Millie and later appeared in a buffoonish comedy role in the TV sitcom Happy Days. The actor died of natural causes at his home in Los Angeles.

(My opinion of Pat Playing “Arnold” on Happy Days was just pure comedy. I never thought he was a buffoon. I thought he was playing a stereotypical japanese character because it was funny. I distinctly remember him being interviewed by Johnny Carson and saying how much he enjoyed the character. It wasn’t until some years later when the liberal assholes that created the term “politically correct” that Mr. Morita began to back pedal and claim that he hated doing it because it was racist. Amazingly enough, he Blamed Garry Marshall for making him do the character in the first place. This is a Motobecane moped just like the one I bought brand new at Azusa Bike Sales in 1974. I was twelve years old and I had a rather large paper route for both the Herald Examiner and the San Gabriel Valley Tribune. It had a top speed of 44 mph. All said and done I was delievering roughly 224 papers on weekdays and 277 on weekends. I also welded up a special hitch that I could attach my lawn mower and weed whacker/edger to and mow yards as well. It worked well as long as you didn’t exceed more than about fifteen mph. On my bicycle it would take more than three hours to cover my paper route. With my moped it took all of about an hour and forty minutes. It got about 120 miles per gallon depending on how many hills you went up. I used to fill it up for forty nine cents and about ten cents worth of two stroke oil. I could ride it down to the beach and cruise all over Huntinton Beach and back home again on one gallon of gas. You did not need a drivers license at the time, however when I was about fifteen years old the State of California was just beginning to take away virtually all of the rights and freedoms of the people, and they passed a law which made it nessesary to obtain a learners permit.

Here is one of my favorite hypocrites. Barbara Streisand. This lump of liberal shit sits in her ivory tower telling the “little people” how they should conserve energy and be kind to mother earth and the rest of that good liberal bullshit. Take a good close look at her house on one of the most exclusive cliffside lots overlooking Malibu Beach, California. Her house is aproximately 12,000 square feet. Ms. Streisand’s $28 million estate consists of 22 1/2 lushly-landscaped acres accented with sycamore, oak, walnut and pine trees, picturesque bridges and gardens, and a stream flowing through the property. She had to cut a three mile long road through some of the most pristine beachside wilderness just to get to the main house. This required the removal and disposal of nearly 88 native oak and syscamore trees. The house has sixteen bedrooms, six living room/dens, eleven bathrooms,(I guess that when you are that full of shit you have to sit on the bowl all the time) a library and also boasts 9 fire places. I guess she needed them to help burn up all those trees she removed. Meanwhile, she tells us poor folks how we need to conserve energy and give to the needy. Ms. Streisand’s conservative net value is better than six hundred million dollars. She will only fly on her own private jet. She actually limo’s around L.A. to events and eateries. By the way, she sued and lost a lawsuit against the National Inquierer for taking the picture. She sued on the grounds that it invaded her privacy because you could see in the windows. The Judge disagreed. We believe that she knew that when America got a load of how she was living it would make them sick. She was right. Amazing.
